Whats a good GPU 150$ or bellow that's better than the EVGA GTX 650 Ti?

I currently have a EVGA GTX 650 Ti I was wondering if I should upgrade.Are there any better cards than the one I have?Or should I stay with it?

An R9 270 should give you a significant boost. I wouldn't go lower than that
