Whats a good Graphics card upgrade from integrated graphics?

I currently do not have a dedicated gpu. Im looking for one to mostly play CS:GO. I really don't have alot of xtra $ right now so it has to be cheap! Like $40 and below.
CPU: Intel C2D 8400
And my PC Case is SFF, so it has to be a low profile card.

The best you're going to be able to do in a low profile card would be something like a GeForce 730.
