Whats a good/great 120mm or 140mm liquid cooler for Ryzen 7 1700x

So I am replacing MOBO/GPU/CPU with my existing case, and want to get a good cooler for the Ryzen 7 1700x I'm installing. The case however only really fits a 120/140mm radiator as the placement of the RAM slots on the motherboard would prohibit it from mounting a 240mm radiator as the case claims it can in the manual(RAM placement is the same on my new MOBO too so that won't change). The case in Thermaltake Overseer RX-1. I hate the CAM software on my existing cooler because it constantly crashes and want to replace it while I'm replacing the core. Will a 140/120mm radiator liquid cooler be sufficent to cool my Ryzen 7? If so what's a good cooler other than NZXT brand?

Above the RAM fits flush against the 140mm cooler.

Above are the mounting holes provided on the case for 240mm fan, which are unusable as the RAM is directly in the way.

So I currently have a 140mm radiator in there, and it buts up flush to the RAM(granted they do have larger heatsinks but even without the heatsinks it'd be a tight and cumbersome fit). Most of the high end RAM I've seen looked similar in size. With the MOBO so high it just won't fit a larger radiator. I've looked for other places on the tower to mount a radiator and although there is another spot on the bottom it is also a 120/140mm slot.

I did set this existing NZXT Kraken x40 Cooler up with two fans, a push/pull with 140mm Noctua 140 PWM fans, that is attached just below a 200mm thermaltake case fan.

It has kept an AMD FX9370 relatively cool, although I did have to down-clock it earlier this year to 4.0ghz to keep it from over-heating(this was after ~4 years of running stock speed).

Above is a 140mm fan on the bottom of the cooler pushing air, one on the top of the cooler pulling air. These are Noctua fans which should restart if any air displacement causes a stall.

Above show the outside view of the mounted CPU cooler, again 140mm on bottom, cooler, 140mm on top, all attached to the interior of the case, and a 200mm case fan mounted on the exterior of the case.

Are you determined to go liquid/radiator, or would you consider a whisper quiet Noctua that outperforms pretty much all of the smaller and many of the 240 mm AIO affairs anyway?

There are numerous models, see if your case has clearance for which units...(Check out reviews of the $89 NH-D15, if your case will accommodate it)

EDIT_ the manual on the Overseer RX1 says it accomdates 177 mm mounting height....

I'd look no further than the below cooler!

I've read a bit about this today and how it matched up with the Corsair H100i GTX. My case claims it has a 177mm CPU cooler height restriction. The Noctua cooler measures in at 165mm. So it'll be close. Worse yet the cooler is not very aesthetic. I have an open side view case and the top of the window would a jammed view of the back end of that cooler. Also for it to run with both fans I believe I'd have to limit the RAM to two slots instead of 4, which is surprisingly about 80$ more for the same ram in 2 x 16GB sticks vs 4 x 8GB sticks. Not overly enthused on the idea, but I haven't ruled it out.

After looking around some more I've found that they have low profile RAM!

Corsair - Vengeance LPX 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4-3200 Memory

About 40$ more than the RAM I was looking at, but same speed and size goes from 52.5mm on the vengeance series I previously had, and 34mm on the LPX. After doing some eyeball measuring and searching around online I have come across other people that were successful in mounting a 240mm radiator to the top of the case. So the better question is, what 240mm AIO liquid cooling should I get?
