whats a good idle temp when watching videos or surfing the web?

My idle temps are usually 35c-42c when watching youtube videos and surfing the web. And usually around 35c when I have my air conditioning on. Is this normal?

usually, my GPU temps are higher than my CPU temps. Right now my GPU temp is 39c and my CPU temps is 30c.
