What's a good low profile card for a 250w psu?

I just want a temporary card with a maximum price of $50 for now... I don't care much about the modern games, I just want it to be able to run at least SF2(Soldier Front 2) with 50fps on low settings.

At the moment i'm running a integrated Geforce 6150 SE which sucks. On Soldier Front 2 I get 15-25 fps. I want at least 40fps.

Adds up to $45 after rebates.

However, though 250w should be quite enough for your system to run, it will be cutting it pretty close.
The 6450 will consume ~20w less than the 6570-cutting performance at the same time.
Your 250w psu was not made for anything but general office use and might break down, taking the system with it - i'd replace that asap.
