what's a good motherboard that supports yhe amd fx8320 and 270x graphics card

Looking for something under 200 foe my first build anyone know of a good board? One though t is the asus m5a97

The motherboard that you have posted is good and will do the job just fine. For motherboards I prefer either ASUS or GIBATYTE. So so I can offer you some motherboards that have slightly better audio, onboard usb 3.0 ports and you can use 2 graphics card in the future if you want.
