Okay so where would you install a sound card at Because im about to build my PC.

Most sound cards are PCIe x1, there's going to be a slot on the motherboard for it

Well, both motherboards have a built-in sound card, so you wouldn't have to buy a sound card for either of the systems unless you want better quality. As for the wireless network adapter, if you have a USB adapter, you just plug it into a USB port and install the drivers
