Whats a good program to defrag or "optimize" your ssd's?

I have two 480gb corsair neutron gtx in raid 0, and I use my computer at least 8 hours a day and have been doing that for the past 8 months. Is there a way to defrag an SSD without harming it?

You dont want to defrag, and it wont help much if you did.
SSDs only have a limited number of writes, and eventually the drive could fail because of writes/re writes such as a defrag.

Also, the reason defragging helps on HDDs is because its an actual spinning disk, so when the files are closer together, and closer to the middle of the disk they can be read faster and easier. SSDs wont work like that.

Well, i started defragging at first but for only ten minutes until i realized and read dont defrag for ssd. I saw 24% fragmentation, or 66gb were fragmented. Was i reading that right? It said that for The C drive which are my to ssds in raid 0. I see that i set the storage configuration to raid mode and not achi mode because obviously i wanted raid. There were 3 options....ide, raid, and achi. Should i have chosen achi, or since i wanted raid, raid mode was the best and only choice.

id rather have it be pointless than it messing something up or not activating something like AHCI. so i'll stick with pointles raid 0 then since you guys say it should already be activated. thanks
