my brothers pc broke. after learning that it was the motherboard thats broke we decided to get a new one. The thing is i cannot find one anywhere because its discontinued. is there any boards that we can use instead that will be compatible with his cpu? any suggestions will be nice

his pc specs.

Back in the days when I was running an x58 system I was using a Gigabyte G1.Sniper board, this one: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/G1Sniper-rev-10#ov

Amazing motherboard, came with real onboard creative sound blaster, and a killer nic with 1gb of DDR2 ram for the nic built directly onto the board, cost me a kidney lol at the time, about the only place you might find one now is ebay, that will pretty much be the case for any x58 board.
