Whats a good upgrade from a 950 SSC?

I play mostly games like Totalwar: Warhammer and at high-ish settings i get about 30 fps. Should i upgrade my gpu or is perhaps my cpu the problem? Im only looking to spend about $200 on the gpu

Cpu: AMD Fx-6300 (Stock cooler)
Motherboard: MSI-760 GMA-P34(FX)
Gpu: Gtx 950 SSC
Ram: (2×4) 8GB Kingston Fury DDR3

A GTX 1060 6 GB SSC would be a nice upgrade from the GTX 950 SSC; I've owned both exact cards.

However, I'm pretty sure that your FX 6300 is creating a bottleneck for your GPU. Check your CPU utilization while playing. I'm willing to bet that it's 80%+.

Addendum: Warhammer is a very CPU intensive game.
