[SOLVED] What's a good (used) parts for esports title?

I am looking to build a PC for my little brother that'll be good for esports titles that can reach 200+ fps.

The games he plays are; DOTA2, LoL, CS:GO, Valorant, Crossfire.

I'm looking for recommendation on CPU, MoBo, RAM-- even if they're used/2nd hand.

Parts I already have:
144Hz VA monitor
Peripherals
650W 80+ Bronze PSU
1TB nvme
RX 470 4GB (used)
Pizza box case.

If you can find a standard layout one, lots of times, OEM pcs can have really good cpus, like a dell optiplex to a similar HP or lenovo system, slap a gpu and swap out the psu, add a drive and you're off to the races. (i7 3770-4790k is what you can expect)

THOUGH
you have an NVME, probably m.2 drive. M.2 is 6th gen and up almost exclusively for consumers, so maybe just getting new stuff is better for you in that case.
an i3/ryzen 3 for about 100$, a cheap H470 board or B460 (intel)/a cheap B450 or A520 board (AMD) 75$~ and 8-16 gigs of ram, depending on what you need 30$ for 8, 55$ for 16.
total of around 200-230$ (IF FOUND AT RETAIL PRICING)
