What's a great $200 gaming monitor?

I'm looking for a gaming monitor, only one I've found through my research I found the Asus VS248H-P.

for 200 bucks, get an IPS panel monitor. Do not play an LED monitor for 200 bucks.

I would not spend $200 for a 23-24" TN panel monitor at 60Hz. I would save $50-70 more for a 144Hz monitor.

If you're only willing to spend $200 then I would go for an IPS panel monitor with decent response time. Asus VS239H-P or Asus VN248H-P would be my choices.
