What's Affordable Video Card for Gaming on this PC

I would like to know if what affordable video card are there available for this SPEC:

OS: Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601)
System Model : P5KPL-AM SE
CPU : Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q8400 @ 2.66GHz (4 CPU's), ~2.7GHz
Memory : 4096 RAM

A 750TI would be a good fit.

I would also consider something used. I'm thinking an AMD HD 7770 for instance. With a an older quad core CPU and 4gb system ram, a 750 Ti or RX 460 would be at the high end of what I'd spend on a videocard. Depends on what is meant by 'affordable'.
