Whats are the best alternatives to bandicam

I use BandiCam To record my game play but when i upload it onto YouTube the quality is rubbish what would be an good alternative to bandicam which can record in high quality.

Fraps, it also record your Fps (the fPS won't show in the video)
Or, u can try Zdsoft, it's very lightweight

In MSI Afterburner you can choose what you want on screen (fps, temps, VRAM usage, nothing, whatever), if you want compression, how much compression, which format and the frame rate you record at and it's free...
That's why I love it... And it is multicore compatible (and I pretty sure HT too) so it won't affect too much the fps while recording (~-10fps...)
It's also free so... 😀D
