Whats backlight bleeding on my smartphone??

Here is a bad case of backlight bleed on a monitor, it's just when you can see the backlight due to manufacturing errors of the panel or bezel. It's the same thing on a phone. It wont hurt anything it is just a bit ugly.

But i can see on a very bright place, is it backlight bleeding ?
