Question What's best gpu for optiplex 960 MT?

Hii there. I have a dell optiplex 960 MT. I know using this is kinda weird in 2020. But i can not upgrade my whole pc for my current situation.

But I wants to buy a new graphics card for my photoshop purpose and little low end games.

And now i planed to buy nvidia geforce gt710. Many says its good and many others says its soo bad.

I can't decide.

Is there any other graphics cards out there?

And does Radeon hd 5770 supports optiplex 960 MT?

Or suggest me some other graphics cards.

Is this your systems ? Can you tell the specs CPU and the RAM ?

Of course HD 5770 and GT 710 will work, but I want to see if there is another option by considering the spec that you have.

Its core 2 duo processor with 3.16 Ghz clock speed.
I paired it with 2gb ddr2 * 4 stick, so i have 8gb of memory. And using 500 gb Seagate hdd.
I don't know the model of my motherboard.

So it might be Core 2 Duo E8500 ?
Yeah the GT710 will be good choice, they will match with E8500.

But i bought asus geforce gt 1030 low profile. And it works well in my system.
