Whats better 16x aa box or 8x aa edge detect?

How about 16x wide tent? That should be better than either (though with a HUGE performance hit). Between the two you're looking at, 8x edge detect should be slightly better, but both should be good enough so that there is little noticeable difference.

Edge... Edge multiply by 4 AA setting. So, 8X Edge == 32X Box
