Whats better build?

So was going for a under $900 budget now im thinking about a $1100 budget because I was already thinking of gettting a digital storm vanquish 2 level 3 which is 1100 because of the borderlands the presequel, so please dont tell me to upgrade lololols but just tell me which one would be able to run this to play extreme games like borderlands the presequel and metro redux?

I would go with the 770 build to max out in all your games and it can be overclocked to provide the extra power.

Swapped out your CPU for the K version (so you can overclock... The board you chose is capable of overclocking)
Changed over your power supply to a Seasonic 620w. (Your power supply wasn't modular, so that's a plus) The Seasonic unit has a 7year warranty compared to the 5 year from XFX.

So i saved you a few bucks, and you got an unlocked processor so you can overclock & more reliable PSU

Well id go 770 too just because both those seem high. my current build cost me about $800 with a 750w xfx(black), 4670k, and 750ti ( down graded from 770). So to get less for more seams not worth it.
