I got these 2 offers, both same price. Which should i choose?

the 2nd option looks very good to me, high quality psu along with strong SSD,CPU and GPU nothing I can pick at that is bad.

Well CPU and SSD are the same, Gpu is almost the same, while RAM is not that importatn.. so which one has better MOBO & PSU
Is there anything u would change while keeping the same price

PSU is way better on the second and mobos provide the same qualities so I would take the second for sure.

Should i keep noctua or should i go with corsair h80i?
I think they have similiar performance and liquid is 50€ more expensive.. but i have windowed case and noctua is bit uglier and its not liquid lol

The only reason to go with the H80i is for the looks. Are the looks of your pc worth 50€ to you? If yes then get it but if no then stick with the Noctua. I personally would stick with the Noctua because liquids near my pc give me a weird feeling, and the Noctua can't explode liquids everywhere.

I don't see any components I would change. As for your monitor I suggest something in 1440p as your rig should be able to run at that resolution however, 1080p would also be just fine.
