Question What's better for 3D softwares?

Hey, I want to build a workstation computer for a family member who's job is mainly 3D projects.

Now I have two options for CPU and GPU and I can't really find the information online about which is better; the two options are:

1. ryzen 9 5900X & RTX 2060
2. ryzen 7 5800X & RTX 3060 Ti

This family member will use this system exclusively for 3D software and will not game on this computer at all so consider that.

The other components are pretty normal and they are not the main focus here. They are as followed:

32Gb of 3200MHz RAM

B550 MOBO

0.5 Tb Nvme

1 Tb SSD

750 - 700W 80+ Gold PSU

And probably a Hyper 212 as a CPU cooler
