What's better for a gaming/storage HDD (for laptop)?

So, I've been browsing around, looking for a HDD to throw into my laptop as my SSD is starting to fill up.
I play a bunch of different games (FO4, CSGO, Darwin Project, BO2), and I want a fast, reliable drive that won't break my bank. I'm thinking a 1TB will suffice, and I've found two that will fit into my laptop, however I am no expert on this subject and am unable to figure out which would be better.

Option 1. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071F9MLJJ/ref=as_at/?imprToken=VC7Afe81cIAATv9dHZokxQ&slotNum=0&ie=UTF8&tag=cataly-20&camp=1789&creative=9325&linkCode=w61&creativeASIN=B0088PUEPK&linkId=7b725ac5ec3d1b1be58a48cd685d6bb9&th=1

WD Blue 5400RPM 128mb cache. I know lower RPM speeds are undesirable, but I know higher amounts of cache can be good. Price at the current is $51.65 for the 2.5 inch drive (my laptop bay can only hold a 2.5 inch hence why I'm asking/am here. If it were a 3.5 inch bay, I would go with the 3.5 model of this HDD).

Option 2. https://www.amazon.com/Black-Performance-Mobile-Hard-Drive/dp/B01DOL05OC/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8

WD Black 7200RPM 32mbs cache. I know higher RPM speeds are desirable, however this HDD only has 32mbs of cache, which I've read to be undesirable. $66.44 is the current price.

Restating my question, which of the two drives I've listed is better (or, if any of you have a fast, reliable, cheap 2.5 inch HDD to recommend, within the price range of the two HDDs listed)?

My rig:
Dell Inspiron 7559
CPU: i5-6300HQ Quad-Core 3.2GHz
RAM: 8 GBs DDR3L (1600MHz, single channel).
SSD: SK Hynix SC308 256GBs (238Gbs usable).
GPU0: Intel HD Graphics 530 (GPU Memory 3.9GBs / Shared is the same)
GPU1: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960m (Dedicated GPU Memory 4 GBs / GPU Memory 7.9 GBs / Shared 3.9GBs).

So even with an SSD, having that hybrid drive would be better than a regular HDD? I (obviously) have my Windows installation on my SSD and I don't plan on moving it. I would want my games to benefit from the SSD/hybrid drive,as well. I've heard with hybrid drives that it selects what it wants to run through the SSD/flash memory portion, is this the case, and if so, does it choose programs I mainly use?
