What's better?

Just wondering which option is better.

2GB RAM @ 533Mhz & 3-3-3-10 timings (1:1 with FSB)

OR

2GB RAM @ 800Mhz & 3-3-3-10 timings.

Both are at stock volts (1.82v I believe) and I probably won't be overclocking my memory.

PC6400 = 6.4 GB/sec transfer rate

PC4200 = 4.2 GB/sec

Better is good.

I can't get 800Mhz & 3-3-3-10 timings. I have 2x1GB 800Mhz but should I run it at 533Mhz with 3-3-3-10 timings and synchronous with the CPU FSB or at 800Mhz with 5-5-5-15 timings?
