The Aorus card comes with a factory OC out of the box so it will run a bit faster than the Asus card. However, software can overclock the Asus card to the same level. Which ever card is cheaper would be the best one to go with.

"Better" is subjective. The Aorus should have the better build quality, and the slight edge in cooling performance as the ASUS Dual is very much a "budget" orientated card.

The Dual however, does have slightly fast clock speeds (in OC mode, at least).

What kind of prices are you looking at? The clock speed gap should be able to be closed with a bit of a manual OC....

The Aorus card comes with a factory OC out of the box so it will run a bit faster than the Asus card.

Clock for clock, in their respective OC modes, the ASUS card actually "ships" with a higher boost clock.

The Aorus card should have a touch more headroom with it's improved cooling but temps being equal, the ASUS card would be (very marginally) faster.

Looking at the specs I see the Asus card with a boost up to 1809 and the Aorus boosting to 1865 (both cards in OC mode out of the box).
