[SOLVED] What's bottlenecking me?

Hi.
Let me start by posting userbenchmark:
https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/15260975

As you can see, my GPU and CPU are not quite doing as well as they could. My PSU is THIS, so I don't suppose that's the problem
I'm getting rather inconsistent framerates, Arkham Knight (yeah, I know) drops from 60 to 30 fps with no apparent reason (we're talking 4k here), same with fallout 4, GTA V stays on 30fps on high (even though benchmark showed rather stable 60)

Can it be the "no name" RAM that's making my rig under performing? I'd rather ask before shelling out £100 for corsair RAM

Solution
You might want to check that your memory is actually running at 2666Mhz.

But memory speed doesn't make a huge impact on Intel gaming performance.

If you are running 4K with a 1080Ti, then I don't see those FPS numbers being all that surprising.

Power delivery seems fine.

Maybe monitor your temperatures to see if anything is getting a little too warm.

I do
Ive changed the power plan and the framerates are more consistent now, so I guess I'm happy, even though the score didn't really improve. I can live with drops to 40s instead of 30s

Thanks for replies guys

how about you run it on a lower detail, i mean you have 4K
you could lower the drops...

and 1080Ti in those games should run 4K High avg 60 fps right
