hello! I recently purchased a prebuilt pc and it seemed to be working great. achieving high frames in all games and an overall enjoyable experience. but one issue I encountered bothered me. When I play a game called "fortnite" I get high frames and smooth gameplay with the occasional stutter but when I drop from the bus in a game it stutters VERY BAD (goes to 2 fps) until I land then it wears off. whats causing this? please help. here is the link to my prebuilt.https://www.amazon.com/HP-Pavilion-...t=&hvlocphy=9032762&hvtargid=pla-570480402210

The PC has a CPU with integrated GPU, as well as a dedicated graphics card. Have you made sure that you installed the drivers for the RX580, and not for the integrated graphics? If not, it is possible that the system is using integrated graphics. Uninstall the previous graphics drivers, and install the newest ones for the 580 https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-580
i will try, but im just getting stutters in fortnite and no other games. and when im not stuttering in fortnite i get atleast 90 fps in it, sometimes 140. also how do i uninstall my graphic drivers?
