What's else do I need to buy?

If I buy the
Ubiquiti UniFi UAP Wireless Access on amazon, what else do I need to buy considering I just have a normal grade router. I'm trying to get internet at my house from the barn that is 100 yards away. There is not many trees in the way.

Looks like all you need is two cat5e cables to your desired length - one from router to poe injector and one from injector to AP

What is the poe injector? Does this option require me to run a cable from the barn to the house?
