What's enough for my needs? 8gb ram or 16gb

I found a lenove y50 laptop, there are 2, 8GB RAM and one with 16GB ram and with same specs.
I only plan to play GTA V, and make graphics and stuff (Cinema 4D)

8GB is fine but 16GB is better and will last likely longer. Buy a decent kit preferably 2x4gb or 4x4gb. 16GB is likely your best bet.

For graphics and rendering 16GB RAM would be useful but in most situations you would also be fine with 8GB RAM. I would still suggest 16GB RAM in this situation.

keep using 8gb ram..the day u see ur laptop struggling due to ram is the day u add another ram.. dont just rush out and buy the parts..
test it .. if it doesnt get the job done.. upgrade..

Graphics can use more RAM than other apps or games. However depending on what CPU and graphics card you have that could use the work. It totally is going to depend on what you are doing and your budget along with your other specs.

i cant explain how but..rendering will use more resources than gaming..
