the timinigs are lower on the lighted one...the other has ddr2-800

note my friend is probably going to overclock his c2d e6300 to about 3.5...will the lighted one get there??

If you are going for a maximum OC on that CPU, I would suggest the PC6400. However, 3.5ghz on an E6300 is 500mhz FSB. I seriously doubt he will get there unless he is an extremely talented OCer.
