What's going on here?

This must be because of some hack I ended up with via a downloaded
house, but I have a weird problem now that's infecting all my Sim
houses, one by one.

Something is making everyone in the neighborhood friends with the Sim
whose house I am playing. This means as the Sim doesn't see every
person every day and the relationship scores lower, the Sim ends up
getting a long slew of phone calls saying "Why don't we ever get
together anymore?" etc. It's so bad the phone just never stops ringing.
The Sim can't use it to dial out; s/he is constantly answering it to
talk to old friends.

Anyone else got this?

Sorry, but it's not one that I've heard of - did you know that the latest
SimPE has the ability to scan your downloads folder? If you check that list
you _should_ be able to find the hack by it's description.
