Whats going on with the amd rx 570 and 580

I came across more and more threads that the amd rx 570 is 100 dollars more expensive than the gtx 1050 TI.
Its silly a rx 570 is even more expensive than a gtx 1060 6gb.

Can someone give more info on whats going on?
