Hey guys, I recently bought a motherboard off my friend, and i used it to build my first PC. Things went fine, everything got power, but the BIOS and everything took a while to post. Also, none of the USB ports worked whatsoever, nor the front, or the back IO. I tried taking out the battery and putting it back in to reset the BIOS settings to see if the person i bought it from pulled a fast one and disabled USB. Also, it says that "no usable drives were found" even though my SSD (w/o windows) was plugged in. I tried having less things plugged in, only thing i had plugged in to the mobo was the ssd, keyboard, and cpu. tried using dedicated graphics, didn't post whatsoever, then tried using my gtx 770, and that's about how far i got. I hope this wasn't too long, thanks for the help.

Solution
assuming the mobo is ok, it could be faulty RAM. unplug everything, including SSD. so only PSU, mobo, cpu, ram and keyboard & monitor on onboard video.
reset CMOS or reset BIOS to default.

If you have 2 sticks of RAM try one at a time.
