[SOLVED] Whats happening?? HELP!!!!

Something happened to my pc.
I was playing ets2 multiplayer and all of a sudden pixels came out on monitor and everything freezed.
I have video and photos of this problem.. PLS HELP!!!

What are specs of PC?

It looks like artifacting, might need a new GPU. Especially if it crashed during a game.

only fix is a new gpu, you can't fix cards that are artifacting

GTX 460 Ti? Nvidia didn't make a GTX 460 ti just a GTX 460 and GTX 460 SE. Either way it's a moot point as the card is failing. Likely bad vram as that is the most common cause of artifacts.
