[SOLVED] What's holding my computer back from a simple 60fps?

I find I maintain 60fps on games such as GTA V (Max settings) with a system that I believe should be more than capable of doing so.

Simple specs:
i7-6700K CPU
GTX TITAN X GPU
16GB DDR4 RAM

I think it might be my motherboard, but I am not too sure

Your ram is pretty slow at only 2137 MHz but i think your GPU is very expensive compared to your other parts.

At 4K? Your GPU. Maxwell Titan X is only mid-upper range card these days. It's not capable of 4K/60fps @ max settings in GTA V.

Well it might be the Vsync. You can turn off Vsync to go beyond 60fps if you dont mind screen tearing.

If you're talking about 1080p, disable vsync.
