[SOLVED] Whats making me get such low frames with ok pc parts

Ive attempted to cool my CPU down multiple times but nothing seems to work but would that really have that much of an effect on my gaming. Im wondering if its maybe something else or do I just have to replace my cpu and fix the overheating problem

Are you trolling? Those are not "ok" pc parts. And your CPU is practically dying at that temp. Something is clearly wrong with your cooling solution. So yes, it would make your gaming almost unplayable at any FPS.
