i want to OC to 3.5 and i need help for first stages of settings on BIOS.
i tryed with guides and i couldnt understand yet...
what exactly do i need to change according to my BIOS in the pics.

* So far what i learn is: CPU multiplier 21x, BCLK 166 and Vcore to 1.2. whats my next setup for settings? *

i have also done a torture test with prime95 on DEFAULT settings and i had 66'C on a Mugen 2 CPU cooler. Temps are ok for default settings?

The only way to overclock your processor is to increase the BCLK, which is also known as FSB overclocking. There are plenty of good guides available.

Your processor's current clock speed is 2.8Ghz, and increasing this to 3.5Ghz by FSB overclocking is near-on impossible. You're more likely to gain 200Mhz before your computer becomes unstable.

A word of warning, make sure you understand how to overclock and what the associated risks are. This is particularly important when using the FSB method, as adjusting BLCK impacts every component in the PC, not just the processor.

far as i remember from my i7 920 days using the ud5 motherboard

i seem to remember running mine at 21 x 200mhz for 4.2ghz

have a read here--if you cant manage it with this guide then i cant really explain it any better
