What's my RAM voltage, I am confused.

Can someone enlighten me and tell me what's the voltage?
Specifications from Speccy - CLICK
Name - CMP4GX3M2A1600C9
It says it's 1.5V.

Meanwhile, in the official website - CLICK
It's written 1.65V. And yet, when we click on the Tech Specs tab, we can see it's 1.5V once again.

Could you guys help me. I need the information because I am thinking of buying either of these two:
Corsair 1.5V 9-9-9-24 - CLICK
Kingston 1.5V 9-9-9-24 - CLICK

All DDR3 rams can work at 1.5V - 1.65V for more nice to have heatsinks
About dominator at 1.65V they have 1600Mhz, 1.5V 1333Mhz.
