What's normal for the 1070 temp wise?

Is 68-70c too hot or is it normal for this card when playing a game?

That is normal while playing a game. 68-70c is normal for both the CPU and GPU while running a game. There is nothing to worry about, unless you want to reduce that, you could download a software such as MSI Afterburner and control the fan speeds manually.
