Thats hard to say. Have you done a fps test on anything? Because a great game would be Arma 3, but idk if it will run on that.

Really, you should just look at what games you think you might enjoy and then to a quick google search for it. The integrated GPU isn't really made for intense games, but games from years past (maybe even some recent ones on low) should do the trick.

That pc wouldn't play any of the newest games but you could play games like minecraft or low graphically intense games

The AMD A10-5700 has the Radeon HD 7660D graphics core which is basically like a desktop Radeon HD 5570 graphics card. Not very powerful, but when it was released the Radeon HD 7660D was the most powerful integrated GPU.

You should be able to play Skyrim with mostly medium settings based on my tests with an Intel HD 3000 graphics core. Other games you can play at 1366x768 or 1600x900 with medium settings and decent performance are:
