whats suitable to relid a cpu IHS?

Is Artic Silver Thermal Epoxy suitable to stick the IHS back on the cpu after delidding and applying cool laboratory liquid ultra ?

I could also potentially use Permatex Black Silicone Adhesive Sealant.

most people i have seen just put a dot of super glue at each corner

you dont want anything thick as it will raise the height of the ihs even if by only a little

or anything too strong in case you ever need to remove it again
