The motherboard BIOS needs to be updated before that CPU will work. You may want to swap to a motherboard that allows BIOS flashing without a CPU (MSI has a few).

Or buy a X570 board.

Not nessicarily, if you get a B450 board that supports Flashback you can update the BIOS without an older CPU.
