Looking to finally build a open loop system.

Wanted to know what the best options for radiators are. Want one that maximizes low temps.
Would appreciate all thoughts.

Cheers.

There is very little thermal difference in major brand quality radiators (copper/brass), fan selection plays a bigger part in temps. Also frontal area has much more effect than thickness, hope this helps...

Most every company makes radiators, if your getting most of your parts from one company then perhaps use their radiators also it they are quality, pumps and blocks will come and go as time moves on, a radiator is something you pass from build to build, so build quality also is important.
Alphacool and EK rads tend to be the highest quality rads from my experience. Also for the best cooling it depends on all aspects, if you have a large radiator such as a 480mm long rad then you should be good with it being 30mm deep, but basically the larger the length, depth and fin density the better the cooling. Although when it comes to fin density if it has a high fin density then you will be better off getting SP (Static Pressure) fans such as the Corsair SP series in order to effectively push the air through the rad. Being honest a 480mm long, 30mm thick rad will generally be enough to cool a whole system but i like to add another 240 or 360 rad in between the components in the loop, this will gain maybe 2°c better cooling

EDIT: i completely miss-read the question but the depth and fin density aspect still applies to 240mm rads
