whats the best 3rd part 9800 pro?

Im planning to purchase a 3rd party 9800 pro and i wana know wich one is the fastest/stablest/best for ocing. basicly it would help allot if sombody could recomend a 3rd part 9800pro.

btw i am considering either powercolor 9800 pro or hurcules 9800 pro

Herc, gigabyte or sapphire.
