What's the best 980Ti that's not over $700

Can anyone suggest an in depth look at the best 980Ti in the market right now?

I'd like to invest in just one, and not really more than that. No need for system info, I've done my research already. I'm more concerned about the pricing now.

Preferably EVGA, MSI, ASUS, XOTAC, GALAX, (Gigabyte cards are too long for my case.)

Just go for a brand that suites you. reliable ones are evga, msi and asus from the list.
