What's the best alternative to the MacBook Pro 13"

I'm looking for a computer with the same specs as the 13" mid 2014 MacBook Pro

Here are my requirements

Windows
Retina display ( I'm doing graphic design)
I7 intel CPU
Really good graphics
Under $1500 AUD

Use:
I'm doing graphic design and although I would love to build my own desktop for work I'm going to need to laptop- I'm having a 27" monitor for use at home but in terms of program's it'll be photoshop, adobe premier etc mainly
Heavyweight program's

So you want a Desktop PC that will be the same as a 13 inch macbook pro?

Pretty much any i5 CPU or higher will be as good or better on the desktop.

if you need the high resolution then yea will be pretty expensive.

Lenovo is Ok in my opinion. Not a huge fan but I also have nothing against them.

hello there i would recommend a laptop with an ips display that is going to be the closest thing you will get on a windows machine to a retina display and of course a 3k or 4k display will be better than any retina display as macbook pros dont have 3k or 4k displays, i have heard lenovo has bad screens in there laptops from numerous sources but thats the only gripe about lenovo laptops, hope this helps good luck on your search

The new Dells XPS's are supposed to be Apple Killers.
But you have to pay for the more powerful models the XPS 13" compares with the Apples the 15.6 both have discrete graphics cards that the Apple doesn't which is more powerful but less battery.
