What are you doing with this computer? The Phenom II is a different socket type and doesn't have integrated graphics.

I would just go with a Phenom II (if you can find one ) and a discete video card.

if you're thinking a 7850...please don't get an APU haha. Either a core i3 2100 for $110:

the core i3 is faster than anything AMD has to offer, and the i5s are better than the i3. pick whichever you want.

If you live near a microcenter get a i5-2500k for $180 and call it a day. http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0354589 . You don't want an APU if your using discrete graphics.
