What's the Best B350 Board?

I've been looking for a B350 board to pair with my Ryzen 3 1200, there has been a large range of boards that I have considered from the MSI B350 Tomahawk to the Asus ROG Strix B350. After hours of research I still can't find a that board will meet my requirements. I want to know what board would best fit the following requirements

• 
  Under $130
  ATX
  Either is color neutral (not preferred), has red accents (still not preferred), red LEDs or RGB
  Has at least 3 case fan headers
  Adequate power delivery/VRMs to overclock up to a Ryzen 5 6 core processor
  Gigabit Ethernet
  At least 4 (preferably 6) SATA 3 ports
  At least 6 USB type a/c ports
  At least 1 M.2 port
  Support for 2666 Mhz ram or higher (preferably 3000 Mhz or higher)
  Decent enough bios (trying to avoid gigabyte, but will consider with though)

If the B350 series does not have what you need then you should look at the X370 or X470

The MSI X370 GAMING PLUS has all you need and more under your budget.
