What's The best budget Tempered Glass case?

While maintaining good build quality and having meshed front panel (for good airflow), i'd say best budget case would be Thermaltake Core G21 Tempered Glass Edition,

But the best looking case with TG side panel and good airflow, while being affordable, in my opinion, would be Sharkoon DG7000-G series.

Yeah its ok. Beter than the phanteks p300.
Airflow better fornt to back then bottom to top. Dust.
No optical drive bay though, if you want to rip blurays or DVDs.

Recommend sticking a pc under a desk. Its much quieter, you have more deskspace and you wont have an xmas tree LED lightshow distracting you from what you want to look at - the monitor.
