What's the best build I can do with $1,200

Hi guys just need an advice on what's the best computer i can make with $1,200 it will be used for gaming, video editing, and lots of multitasking

You didn't mention anything about overclocking or having a monitor and OS so this is it. If you plan on overclocking then I would add an aftermarket heatsink and also I would switch out motherboards.
