What's the best card for my screen resolution?

my screen resolution : (1366x768)
my budget is 190$
what is the best radeon card for my screen resolution that run today games on high or ultra ( i never used radeon cards before but i heard that they are cheap and better)
Anyway...can my processor handle radeon cards? Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.30GHz)

Go for a sapphire radeon hd 7750 or 7770.They are cheap and good.

I have 7850 and run 1366x768 and I can't be more satisfied. Only took it because i will upgrade to 1080p though.

Hd 7850 will be overkill for now.though gtx 650ti would be perfect.
