whats the best/cheapest Card for Video capturing

I'm looking for the Cheapest yet still ok card for a friend.

he currently has a radeon 9000 pro and would like a card to start doing some video editing.

It will only be used for a month or so, so the budget is quite low, any suggestions would be great.

Prices, Quality, where, comparisons...anything else i don't know that i should consider

Radeon 9000 Pro is a good card for video editing. No need to change the card.

Just ad a tv tuner/video capture card to get video inputs. Some fairly inexpensive ones come with basic video editing software. Then if he upgrades his R9000 Pro, he won't lose the video capture abilities.
